To play the sport of life properly requires a complete arsenal of skills. In the ideal situation, one’s normal day would require, and therefore develop each of these skills. In reality, people find themselves, for example, stuck behind a computer for years and unfit.

The subject of what is natural can be tackled from a number of different angles. I’ve been studying the physiology child development continuously for 18 years and have come to see what the natural training schedule should look like, only find out that others who have looked at it from the perspective of performance, religion, and health have come to the exact same conclusion.
