Hold cup horizontal and blow bubbles gently: The goal is to exhale as slow as possible without getting short of breath
Inhale through tube for a count of 2 or 3 seconds. If you are getting too short of breath, start off breathing in through your nose.
Start off 10 minutes per night on an empty stomach, and increase an every week or two by one minute to 20 minutes. Also, you should gradually breathe out slower. The goal is around 40 seconds on the exhale
