Lower Half Extension

Although there is no jumping here, this is almost a summary of the motion learned on this page. Full postural extension starts in the full squat position. From there the hips extend, followed by the knees/low back, followed by the ankles. That is the same sequence in walking/running as well as the one foot and two foot jump.
