Leg Balance Reactions

Frisbee Drill

Everyone needs to be able to balance with the legs prior to learning to move normally. If your balance is in question, you must start here. On the other hand, many people don’t move normally and are excessively using their balance reactions. Once this drill is easy, you should progress to the drill called Legs Turn Pelvis which is the walking/soccer pass/golf swing motion of the legs.
