Introduction
We use the terms walking and running in a different context than how the terms are normally used. Walking/running for us is not you moving from point a to point b, but instead a specific movement pattern. Training your walking/running is fundamentally important for your pain processing, thinking, low back, mood, hips, knees, feet, neck, etc. Running epitomizes the endurance physiology, which is one only five physiologies that exist.
The drills for walking and running are simple. There are only two phases that you have to train, being the extension phase and the flexion phase. Most of the training involves the hips and torso.
