There are four primary upper body and lower body diagonals. The four upper body movements we have named: Reach, Backhand, Fly, and Pull. The lower body movements are Kick, Back Kick, Plant Leg, and Knee Out. There are two additional movements that are actually balance reactions which we will explain during the drills because for some people they have to be strengthened prior to learning the diagonals.
