Initially you will spend 5 to 10 minutes per day practicing these drills. We will normally pick two to practice, then add one every few days. The goal is to gradually get stronger until you achieve the ideal strength. During the daily 5 to 10 minutes of practicing in a circuit, you might not use your maximum effort. Once per month, however, try and see your max strength and record on the sheet. You should have us check your technique every month or two because it is impossible to capture the many subtle elements on a video.
