There are four movements you have to learn of the hip. The deadlift combines the jump and kick plant foot. We are now going to separate the deadlift into the two movements, and initially you will use the jump to strengthen the hips. As the motion progresses, you will learn the associated spinal motions, and the motions of the front leg. Start with the first one. If it is too difficult, back track to the easier ones. If it is doable, increase the resistance and start to add the spine and front leg in the order presented.
